If you already have an account with us, simply use your Liberty Sport account number for both the "User" and "Password" fields the first time you log into our Eyecare Professionals section.
You will then be asked to create a unique password for your account, and confirm or update your account data we have recorded (i.e. phone number, email).

Returning users:
Simply enter your Liberty Sport account number in the "User" field, followed by the unique password you established when you first logged on in the "Password" field.
