  2. Why are some retailers designated as Sports Eye Injury Prevention Centers?
    Sport Eye Injury Prevention Centers are a Network of Eye Care Professionals committed to preventing sport eye injuries.
  3. How do I become a retailer?

  4. How do I get replacement parts for my frames?
    Click on Accessories Section to place an order or call Customer Service at 1-866-342-2906.
  5. What if my frame breaks?
    Liberty Sport frames are warranted against manufacturing defects, as determined by Liberty Sport, Inc., for one year from the date of purchase. Liberty Sport will replace or repair, at their discretion, any product(s) proven to be defective. Please call Customer Service at 1-866-342-2906.
  6. How do I return a frame?

  7. Are all Liberty Sport frames RX’able (able to take a prescription)?
    Yes. All Liberty Sport frames, unless noted, are prescription ready. Please contact your Eyecare Professional for details.
  8. What materials are the frames made of?
    Most of our frames are made from the highest grade nylon material and the rubber is made from hypoallergenic material.
  9. What materials are the sun lenses made of?
    All sun lenses are made from a high quality polycarbonate material, tinted (color) and coatings applied to enhance sport specific activities. All Liberty Sport sun lenses are UV400/100% UV Protection
  10. What is the difference between MAXX 30 and MAXX 31?
    The MAXX 30 has a temple and the MAXX 31 has a full headband (no temples).
  11. What is the difference between the Torque 1 and the Torque 2?
    The Torque I has temples and the Torque 2 has a full headband (no temples).
  12. Can international customers purchase Liberty Sport products online?
    No. At this time online purchases are only available within the United States.
  13. I sometimes experience fogging when I wear protective sports eyewear or performance sunwear – what do you recommend to prevent this?
    Liberty Sport recommends the use of Anti-Fog Cleaner. See accessories section for details.
  14. What sports can I use your protective sports eyewear for?
    We can only recommend that you wear our protective sports eyewear for the sports they are tested for and pass. Please understand that not all sports have an ASTM F803 standard – See sports grid for a list of sports our products are tested for.
    Remember, any ASTM approved protective eyewear is better than no protection.
  15. How do I understand the sizing?
    The sizing is a the official measuring standard for all frames:
    A = the horizontal measurement of the lens
    B = the vertical measurement of the lens
    ED = Effective Diameter defines the minimum diameter lens that will fit a frame
    when the geometric center of the lens is exactly centered in the frame.
    DBL = Distance Between Lenses or the bridge size
    TL = Temple Length
  16. Which protective sports eyewear styles fit under football, hockey and Lacrosse Helmets?
    Rec Specs HS2C or Helmet Specs 3 will easily fit and in some cases the Maxx series will also work. Due to the variety of helmets, we recommend bringing the helmet with you when trying on your protective sports eyewear.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for credit or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date.

Frames returned for credit or exchange must be in salable condition and must include the original invoice plus all documents and accessories in the original packaging. If there are any missing items you may be subject to a restocking fee.

Product that has been abused or worn may not be returned under any circumstance.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit card purchases, please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How do I return a frame?
Please call 1-866-342-2906 and state that you would like to return your frame. We will issue you a return authorization number.

Please return the frame in the original box or a sturdy container; write the return authorization number on the return label located on the back of your invoice, cut, affix to the box and mail (we recommend sending with a shipping tracking number). Please keep a copy of your invoice, the return authorization number and the shipping tracking number for your records.

How do I exchange a frame?
Please call 1-866-342-2906 and state that you would like to exchange your frame. We will issue you a return authorization number.

Please return the frame in the original box or a sturdy container; write the return authorization number on the return label located on the back of your invoice, cut, affix to the box and mail (we recommend sending with a shipping tracking number). Please keep a copy of your invoice, the return authorization number and the shipping tracking number for your records.

Upon receipt of the original frame, we will process the exchange and send your new frame. We will credit or charge your account for any difference in price or fees incurred.

Gift Exchange?

Any frame received as a gift, can be returned for exchange only.
