In 2006, my 6-year-old son had an eye trauma, due to an accident in our backyard (Luis was searching for bugs in a bush when a branch back lashed and tore his right eye) and needs to wear eyewear ALL the time. Following his first surgery we saw the Rec Specs Maxx 20 and immediately knew that those were the glasses I wanted him to wear. I recommend them to EVERY parent I know and really push the sale to everyone because I really don't want to see a child go through what we are going through. My three year old also wears Rec Specs now to play outside and when my one year old is able to fit into a pair she will also be wearing them!
